Better weather this week, although a strong easterly wind slowed riders on the return leg. The winner was visiting 2nd claim rider 18-year old Arthur Bird, his first outing on his TT bike, just ahead of Grzegorz Kulej and Ben Hawkins who will be close competitors as the season progresses. The handicap was won by Shane Owen, and this competition will become less unpredictable as more rides are posted.
